Photos can be sent in either vertical or horizontal jpg format. They must not exceed 200 kb (the standard format of digital cameras). The photos will be sized automatically by a publishing programme.
The photos will be re-sized to 160 X 120 pixels. We advise you to maintain these proportions in order to obtain a good result.
